Q: How do a place an order or get additional information about an item?
A: Please contact your Dealer/Distributor directly with any questions or to place an order.

Q: Are there any other fees (setup fees, etc.)?
A: Most suppliers list their setup fees and other fees with the pricing online, but in some cases this may not be listed. We will confirm the final price with you when you place your order, or you can contact us anytime and we can get a formal price quote for you.

Q: What format do you need our artwork/logo in?
A: Artwork must be submitted in EPS, PDF, or high-resolution TIF format.  If your imprint will be text only, you can provide us with the text in an email or on your order and we will typeset the text for you.
